Rescheduling?

Need to reschedule? No worries! Please notify Felicia Font to change your appointment with your clinician at felicia@ironvinescounseling.com. Please note that while locally a cancellation within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will incur a fee ranging from $65 to $85, Cascadia Counseling will charge a $50 out of pocket fee to the card on file.

Insurance?

The practice currently accepts Anthem/BCBS/HealthKeepers, Oxford/UnitedHealthCare, W&M Student Insurance, and Optima. Are you having insurance issues? Most insurance questions can be resolved by calling the member number on the back of your insurance card. Good questions to ask are if your services need to be pre-authorized, what is your deductible and has it been met, and if you are an out of state student you may ask what would be needed for services to be covered in-network as opposed to out of network.
